Kai
was the leader sent to stop His Shadow destroying their home
planet. Unfortunately the entire group was killed and Kai
went on a suicide mission and crashed into the Foreshadows
control pod. He survived the crash but His Shadow killed him
and took his memory to stop the prophecy from coming true.
The
prophecy says that Kai would be the one to end His Shadows
reign. His Shadow kept Kai alive for punishment. He is kept
alive by proto-blood, which is produced by the Giga Shadow.
Kai was used as an assassin for over two thousand years and
his last assignment was to stop the Heretics stealing the
Lexx and to protect the Divine Predecessors. Kai killed the
Heretics he met including their leader
Thodin
and made his way onto the Lexx where he met Zev, Stan, 790
and Giggerota. Kai was going to kill them but the Divine Predecessors
were being attacked so Kai went to save them. When he killed
the Cluster lizard that was attacking the Divine Predecessors
he picked one up off the floor. This Divine Predecessor was
the one who killed him and when picking him up he got his
memory back. With his memory restored His Shadows influence
over him was no more.
